WHAT TO BRING
Prepare the following original documents and photocopies before visiting the Office of the Registrar or submitting your online application.
Form 138 / Report Card
Original copy from your previous school showing your final grades.
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Signed and sealed by your principal or guidance counselor.
PSA Birth Certificate
Authenticated copy from the Philippine Statistics Authority.
2 pcs 2×2 ID Photos
Recent photos with white background, name written on the back.
Certificate of Transfer Credentials (transferees only)
Honorable dismissal and transcript of records from your previous college.
CHED ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE
A.Y. 2026–2027 · 1st Semester
FOUR EASY STEPS
Apply from home and secure your slot before the enrollment schedule. Entrance examinations are held every Saturday — your exam schedule will be sent via email after your application is reviewed.
Register on the EPCST online portal using a valid email address to get started.
Complete your personal information, select your desired program, and provide your academic background.
Scan or photograph your required documents and upload them through the secure portal.
The Admissions Office will email your entrance examination schedule. Exams are held every Saturday.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments through multiple channels so you can settle your fees conveniently. Keep your receipts for verification at the cashier's office.
ON-SITE
Pay directly at the EPCST Cashier's Office on campus during school hours, Monday through Saturday.
BANKING
Deposit or transfer to our institutional bank account and email a copy of the deposit slip to the Registrar.
MOBILE WALLET
Send payment via GCash to our registered school account. Screenshot your confirmation and email to the Cashier.
REMITTANCE
Pay through Palawan Express or other accredited remittance centers and present your reference slip to the Cashier.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
EPCST believes every deserving student should have access to quality education. We offer institutional scholarship grants for qualified applicants each academic year.
MERIT-BASED
Awarded to incoming students with outstanding academic performance in their previous school year. Applicants must present a certified true copy of grades and maintain a minimum GWA during the scholarship period.

Open to varsity-level athletes and proven performers who wish to represent EPCST in regional and national competitions. Recipients are expected to actively join institutional sports or cultural programs.

Designed for students with demonstrated financial need who show genuine commitment to their studies. Applicants are required to submit a Certificate of Indigency or equivalent documentation from their local government.
